Built by a family who needed it.
Silent Shield started at a kitchen table in Fort Worth, made for a son who couldn't answer when someone asked his name. It's now used by families, caregivers, schools, and adults managing their own conditions.
How it works. Tap the keychain with your phone to set up a profile — contacts, conditions, allergies, medications, and instructions for what to do. In an emergency, anyone with a smartphone can tap it and see what you chose to share. No app on either end.
You stay in control. Update anything, anytime, with your PIN. Your address stays hidden until a viewer chooses to reveal it. The band holds no personal data itself — only a secure link to your profile.
It doesn't expire. Your emergency profile is free permanently. There's an optional $3.99/month upgrade that emails you when the band is scanned, but nothing about the core function requires it.

Not as advertised. Doesn't work with ios26. Whole point of this purchase was to store important medical information for my child. This just creates a contact card. No returns, wasted money, now I have to find and purchase a product that actually does what it says.
