The information you provide is used solely for the purpose of making emergency information accessible when a Silent Shield is scanned, allowing the owner to update information using a secure PIN, and providing customer support when requested. Your information is not used for advertising, tracking, or marketing purposes.

Information stored on Silent Shield is only viewable when a physical scan of the device occurs. Editing access is restricted to the owner through the use of a secure PIN, while anyone scanning the device has read-only access to the information displayed. If a PIN is forgotten, Silent Shield support can assist in restoring access.

Silent Shield stores information using secure, industry-standard cloud infrastructure with encryption both in transit and at rest. The system is designed with multiple layers of protection, including PIN-based editing controls, read-only public access, and the absence of any publicly searchable database. Silent Shield does not rely on traditional user accounts or password-based systems, reducing potential exposure points. While no system can guarantee absolute security, we take reasonable measures to protect all stored information.

Silent Shield does not track location, movement, or user behavior. We do not collect device identifiers, monitor scan activity for profiling, or sell or share user data with third parties.

In order to provide reliable service, Silent Shield may use trusted third-party providers for infrastructure and data storage. These providers are contractually obligated to safeguard information in accordance with industry standards and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.

Information remains stored and accessible until it is updated or removed by the owner, or until the Silent Shield is deactivated or reset either by the owner or through support upon request.

Silent Shield may be used for individuals of all ages, including children, under the supervision and direction of a parent or legal guardian. All information is entered voluntarily by the responsible party.

You may update your information at any time using your assigned PIN. If you require assistance accessing, modifying, or removing your information, you may contact support directly.
